Bought this for my elderly mother. She says, easy to use, big number pad. Easy slide keyboard for texting.

I was looking to get rid of a smart phone on our account to limit our child's access to social media. This phone works great for calls and texts so it was exactly what we were looking for!

My wife tried it for a few days and it worked but the buttons were kind of heavy to push. We found a better deal with our phone carrier for a smart phone. The phone worked but we would have gotten a different voice only phone had we decided to do go with that plan.

Good online instruction manual. Good battery life. User friendly. Slide-out keypad a big plus.

We wanted a basic phone for family use because we don't have a land line. Phone works well and has keyboard to make texting easier.

This phone was bought for my father who wanted a simple inexpensive phone. At about $100, it was a good deal for someone looking for the simplest phone on the market. Wish it was even simpler (ie no keyboard or camera or texting ability as I believe this takes away from the concept of basic simple phone. Otherwise I really like this phone.

I bought this phone for my brother. He is happy with it bc he can talk and txt with it which is the main reason he is happy with it bc of work he would always smash the screens on his smart phones and this phone isn't even when he drops it. Pretty satisfied

Good,inexpensive basic phone. Easy to use but slightly heavy to carry in pocket. Would like bigger letters but usable.

I purchased this phone for my Mother, she needed a basic phone that she call from and be called at when away from home. It definitely fits her needs. She has been very happy with the phone.

This is a good basic phone seeing there are not many available. The only issue is that it has an automatic 911 button that is easy to accidentally push.

The buttons on the top of the phone is a great idea if all of them are locked. I get the idea of a 911 button or the just in case of emergency button, but I call 911 by accident. I had to carry the phone flat in my hand so I wouldn't call 911 again. How can anyone possibly use this type of design. You can't slide the phone in your jeans pocket, purse, winter coat etc. I have transferred my phone number to a phone that is 2 years old until my next upgrade. Very disappointed with the phone choice I was given. It's like use it or do without.

Bought this phone for my aunt cause I needed her to have a phone so she could make a call in an emergency if needed. It's a basic phone and has a lot of things that can be done on it. Simple enough for her!

I like the way you can flip out the keyboard and the view switches to wide screen. I really like the phone lock security.

This is great deal for an old school cell phone. A+

This phone was purchased for my mom. Not happy. The phone freezes and the most annoying thing is that when one of us is calling her it will sometimes not ring and when it does and she answers neither person on the phone heard anything. I think I'm too late to return it. STUCK:(

This phone was for my parents, they don't want a smartphone. battery life is decent, call quality is fine.

It's great simple phone and very easy to use. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Works great as a kids phone. I didn't want to give teenagers a smart phone call me old fashioned.
