The only thing I don't like & it's not their fault/they can't do anything about it because of how science works, is that I have to use distilled water as opposed to regular sink water. Distilled water doesn't leave any gunky minerals behind. Other than that, love the product, Kyvol seems like a good brand which is why I ended up purchasing another one of their products, their air filter.

The auto shutoff is a nice touch, and its easy to refill and simple to use, and has no trouble humidifying the room.
