This chair is very comfortable and I had one similar from same company before this one. I will say the quality is not as good and four months later the chair just descends on it's own and I'm constantly having to adjust it back up. For the price I paid for this, very disappointing especially for such a well known brand.

Received wrong chair w arms that don't fit

Received a big and tall chair. Decided to keep it, but the arms don't fit. Customer service did not email within 24 hours. I sat on the phone on hold (36 callers ahead) for 34 minutes, then it went dead.
I'm going to email again...
There are also similar chairs for less.
