A great little drive. A little more expensive than others, but better performance than Seagate. Easy to set up.

Excellent external drive, great for any task. It's a bit on the high price side but you get what you pay for. LaCie has always made great products and this one is worth of wearing the badge.

A 1TB HD with a cool industrial design and the Porsche logo. What's not to like. I love the finish and the portable size. I'm sure I payed $15 extra for the branding but I'm not mad;)

I have owned my external hard drive that is similar to this one for over a year now and I have had no problems with it! It holds tons of space, I've had it plugged in all day with no issues whatsoever. I bought this one for my wife, and she has been able to store all of her information on her computer and make back ups for everything that she has. I hope this review helps!

The detail of the design is striking. A bit heavy, but it's so solid and makes quite a statement.

I purchased this to back up my macbook pro because I was selling the macbook. It was easy to setup because it gives you the option to bypass the default backup Time Capsule.

This item was in my sights prior to getting repairs on my macbook air. Worth the money, the case feels solid, and built in software for file transfers is okay.

Great hard drive. It's a little pricey and you are basically paying for the Porsche Design name, but I don't mind spending a little extra to get a great looking product.

I bought this to support my backups at work for my personal laptop. The external HD is slick and looks really nice. Performs better than any other EHD that I have.

I'm fairly computer savvy, but instructions that are more clear (and on paper) would have been appreciated. Otherwise, once I figured it out, it worked flawlessly.

Bought to store a huge video library and it has been a great help. Any troubles I ran into were solved by a quick and responsive customer service department. Very pleased with this product.

This is a really great external hard drive, very easy to set up and very reliable. This is my second one, bought my first one three years ago and it is still working.

I did not want to have to load Windows on my Mac and this external hard drive lets me run Windows for the necessary apps without interfering with my Mac.

I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants good service and ease of use
