    I dropped hard drive on concrete and still works great! I doubt any other hard drive would have survived.

    I had it for 3 months and failed. Noise came out from it, no respond after. Called Lacie for warranty coverage and got replacement for free, shipping on my own. Customer service was ok with female operator but 2 guys are ruined and inpatient. overall, can't rely on product and customer services wasn't really great. I learned. Thanks...
