Received the item without an manual and remote - disappointed.

Purchased this fan for my living room and wanted something that would increase air circulation but be high enough to reach past the arm of the couch. This fan is true to the specs listed. Have had for about a month and fan plus remote are fantastic.

I should have received a brand new one but what I have received is a used one. The bottom of the base is very dirty covered by small scratches and dirt, and has a crack. Apparently it was used on the outside. Also, the pile has some scratches on it. I don’t call this condition “new.” The plastic covered the fan was fixed by tape, so someone had broken and opened it once. The box also looks pretty bad condition. Every detail tells me it’s a used product. I had waited for receiving the product for one week, and today I drove to the store and picked it up. With all my efforts and time, the used product is not what I was waiting for. In addition, I’ve sent the comment above to the customer service a couple days ago and no respond。
