I'm really sad about it too because this thing got HOT. Maybe I got a dud? Maybe the intense heat was the motor burning out? Either way I'm getting a different heater as it's to much inconvenience having to return and reorder when it's -6 degrees out.

The second one was also faulty out of the box. No Idea how it performs as I didn't keep either more than 30 minutes.
