Fan blade became loose on axle. Plastic slot worn away so motor spun but fan didn’t. Happened right after store return ended.

I bought 2 of these. One came ok, and the other the bottom was coming out so it couldn't stand on its own, but then the other one just started making a weird sound like there was something stuck inside even though it wasn't.
