I think it is a product that has been easy to use and he enjoys it a lot. The games are rather pricey but he enjoys them and is able to figure them out quickly and they hold his attention. I downloaded the first few books and games for him and was pleased that you could download items so that we would not have to worry about him loosing them. He is now 4 and we have since purchased 2 additional games, the case and the charger. The charger is a must if the kiddos are going to be using it a lot or you would be forever buying batteries. The case is a must to be able to keep track of games that are not downloadable.
I would recommend this to a friend Perfect for anyone with a Leapster Explorer!

The recharger works great, is easy to attach the unit to the charger and super kid friendly! It is saving us a ton of money now that we aren't buying AA batteries and our son can play as much as he wants!
I would recommend this to a friendover time you save tons of money!!
