This album contains super good music with many of Johnny's great hits through the years.

I recently purchased a new turntable, amp, pre-amp, and KEF speakers with a Polk sub-woofer. Listening to Johnny Cash in the medium he recorded in (vinyl analog) is amazing. I see why after decades of oversampling Digital conversion, some music is just better in 2 channel stereo; This collection is on heavy 180 gram vinyl and the new audiophile tables and cartridges track beautifully. I also recently purchased some Paul McCartney/Wings--I'm back in 1977 with my first turntable...what a joy.

This is a gut punch of what Country Music should sound like. It’s Cash. It’s vinyl. Did I mention it’s CASH? Do yourself a favor and buy this so Millenials can hear what he really sounded like. You feel like you are in the recording studio.

Excellent album, has a lot of songs I grew up with, and a lot i'd never heard. The only song on the album that falls flat for me was highwayman, so i can't really complain right? like, the rest of the album is fantastic.

Johnny Cash - need I say more! Love that records have made a come back. We bought this for our son for his birthday as Johnny Cash is one of his favorites.

The early recordings are pretty faithful to how my older records sound, and the newer songs sound reveal a nice mix / master job. I think they did Johnny and fans a service with this one.

This is a very solid collection of songs spanning Cash’s career. It covers a lot of ground. I owned this on CD years ago and the vinyl is an improvement.

Very Satisfied, I compared several of the Cash albums including essential collection and for my taste this is by far the best. Lots of the best songs he performed.

I could not believe that Best Buy sold record albums. We bought this for our son for his birthday. Cannot wait to listen to this great record.

If you’re a Cash fan, get this record. It sounds great on the record player and he’s one of the best country musicians ever.
