There is no hub screen, so I would pick up one of the main console versions first. Also the excessive switching between costumes wears thin.

I have previously played the first 2 Lego Batman entries and this is my favorite for a number of reasons: - The open world game play makes exploring a must and gives the game excellent replay value. - Insane amount of characters. I'm a big DC comics fan, so to see the lanterns and the numerous characters in each world fed into my comicbook fandom. The controls for the characters are also very intuitive and their moves are very reminescent of the comics and previous games. - The puzzles are challenging. The creators put more time into the puzzles for this entry, but didn't stray too far from the formula that makes these LEGO games fun for anyone of all ages. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves LEGOs and Superheroes, and wants something easy to pick up anytime of the day.

another solid lego installment for the batman series. Tends to take a lot of the themes from 1 and 2 but overall my son enjoyed playing through it. Picked it up for ten I wouldn't recommend paying too much more than that though

Got this game as a gift for my nephew. It has fun gameplay and some puzzle solving to progress through the game. Im glad it's making him think instead of just rotting his brain.

This game is great for playing on a casual basis. I think it's mostly targeted towards kids, but fans of Lego/Batman are likely going to find it enjoyable as well.

This is a great game that I would highly recommend, not only to the Batman / Super hero fan, but really any gamer that enjoys a multi-level / multi-character game with great graphics, storyline and more!

Good game for 3ds but I feel it's a little hard for small kids. Great for kids around 7+ that get the concept of certain puzzles.

I bought this for my 7-year-old son who loves Batman and playing this game on his 3DS. He loves playing it! I have to make him stop or he would play it all day.

This game is awesome. It is a continuation of the previous games without losing the original charters often such as sequels do. Great fun for gamer of any age.

If you like the Lego series games then you will like this. It isn't the best in the series but it still is very good.

It seems the game they like the most is Super Mario Brothers. They don't play this one as much but they still like it.

although I usually like to get this game on the ps3, I purchased it on the 3DS for my child. He seems to be very happy with it, so I would recommend it.
