My kid loved it

Even though they aren't making any new ones these old ones are still great to play. If you can find this for under $5 like I did it's a no brainer. The kids can even play with it like normal LEGOs.

Great adventure world, great abilities

Hermione has the standard magical abilities, as well as some Hogwarts specialties such as Apparate. A solid addition to LEGO Dimensions.

Got it before it was too late

Super bummed about that and the kids were too. Got it because I wanted to complete collection before it was too late. Also was on clearance.

Okay if you Love Harry Potter

That being said, I was a bit disappointed in the mini-figure as it looks very generic compared to most of the other characters available for the game. Directions for building the griffin are not in the packaging. You will have to go to Google or YouTube to watch a video that shows the step-by-step instructions unless you have the game.

So many of the recent sets are definitely aimed at our age range since they are focused on 80s themes (A-Team, ET, Gremlins, etc.) This Goonies set was fun to build and play with in game.
