Love the game. I like the change of having to move the figures around on the base to change abilities or move to different parts of the game.

fun lego based game reminds me of Skylanders but with better characters and the ability to make figures using kits, great for people who love legos or want to bond with a small child aged 3+.

This game is fun and great for all ages. I love helping my son build his lego's and watch as he learns to build them so well.

Another venture into the Lego game franchise, this is a decent/solid game & my 2 kids do love it...they are Lego crazy however, just a disclaimer. It can get expensive with the extra characters etc. though.

I play it more than my stepson. It was an easy and fun setup. The instructions were clear and concise. The game has little popups that made it very easy for my stepson to learn. It is a great family game.

If you liked Skylanders or Disney Infinity there's very little reason not to like this game. It offers loads of great franchise characters to play as. Plus it's a fun story that you'll play over and over again with different characters to unlock more collectibles. It plays like other LEGO games, but this time you get a physical minifigs and other collectibles to build and customize as you progress in the story. I see a lot more promise with this game then with Disney Infinity and a nice refresher from all the Skylanders.

My son and I really enjoyed playing this. The OCD side of me is a little worried about being able to accomplish much in the game without spending a fortune on all the other packs, but it is a fun game.

My 10 year old son and his buddies love playing this. It is basically similar to SkyLanders and the portal that was on the Wii system.

The grandkids totally enjoyed this gift. They put together the portal and the characters as they played through the game. This game promotes creativity and outside interaction (not just a video game).

This is a fun game on many levels. You can enjoy it as a video game, Lego set, or if you want to collect the figurines.

This is a fun game, in that my 9 year old enjoyed it. He liked being able to go into different worlds within the same game and try challenges. It will become expensive if you begin collecting all of the add on sets. if you want to find all of the secrets in the game I think you will need at least a few kits. It has kept him entertained.

Bought this for my 8 year old son. Very similar to the Skylanders game concept. Great fun but the lego sets to add on are pricey.

It's no secret that Telltale Games has flooded the console market with seemingly endless LEGO games, and they're all pretty much the same after awhile. However, LEGO DIMENSIONS is the "be all, end all" version...the ultimate realization of the brand's potential. Yes, the expansion packs are too expensive and reek of money grabbing. We'll just get that out of the way first. However, they do add fun variety to the base game. The gamepad could be bigger too as it can get crowded quickly. The idea of needing to interact with the game in order to build the kits is a fun one (and in case you're wondering, the LEGO website DOES have PDF instructions for all the kits and their variations in case you don't have access to the game). I'm only halfway through the game, and while there are some frustrating and repetitious parts, it's a fun game that challenges you with its puzzles without becoming maddening. Personally, I'd love to see Telltale and LEGO invest in adding on to this core game with new story packs rather than churning out full games from now on. Definitely worth the time and money!

Bought for kids who love Lego games and this didn't disappoint. All the franchises you want all in one place. Get it now! Lol

Bought this for my nephew to use in his new XBOX 1. He absolutely loved the game better than what he used the Infinity in PS4.

This game is awesome, you can play in the lego world but play in different movie or cartoon worlds too. My kids love this game.

This is a great game, beyond Infinity/Skylanders you are able to use virtually any character in the story and it's LEGO!!!

It's a great addition to our Xbox One. It ties together the different characters into 1 game. The packs are fairly priced as well giving you a variety of ways to keep the fun going.

I'm a fan of LEGO games and this one doesn't disappoint. Great characters, levels... so much fun! Highly recommended!
