Lego building

Once you get to a certain point you can build as you want. There is two player co-op. That makes it fun for exploring and completing task. Still a lot to learn.

We still have further to go and we need to unlock more abilities. I imagine if your kid is in to legos and minecraft that they will like this game too

Not your typical Lego game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was eager to play this game with my enjoyment of past LEGO games and the popularity of Minecraft, being that you can build many of your own structures and playsets. UNFORTUNATELY, I'm not enjoying it thus far, a few hours into gameplay as the guided intro drags on and on, plus the controls and navigation seem a little "complicated" for what should be a small children's game. I'm sure once you've spent a couple of days getting use to what menu you are supposed to open and exactly how to manipulate this "creativity tool" or that tool, then the game will be easier and more fun to "create", but for me... for now it's just not that fun to mess with. I should have rented it first!

He's played it less and less after a couple of days but he still likes it a lot. Worth it if you're looking for something that's a little kid friendly and different from the usual games...

Great game for kids or lovers of all that is Lego

It has a loose story which is just little mini-games that serve as a tutorial for the games many options. Overall, it's laid out pretty well & my sons love it, they're 5 & 10yrs old
