I bought this battery to replace the one I had. I thought it would be a good replacement for my current battery that was losing its charge. It worked but it shorted out my phone and got way to hot as soon as it was placed in my phone. I lost texting ability and some functions on my phone. Multiple restarts changed nothing. Put my old battery back in and my phone went back to normal. Refunded the battery I bought for a car charger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
