    The cost of replacing my battery had me concerned. Best Buy made my purchase easy and fast with options to get it quicker, if I needed it. I had it picked up at a local store and I was pleased with the speed and efficiency of my purchase.

    I was told by Dell that I should buy a Dell Battery and thought gee let me try a less expenseive battery. That was a mistake. I received it and hooked it up to my computer and the system did not work well with this battery. Spend the extra the money and save time and get the Dell Battery for the Dell Computer

    I returned to store as battery was defective and would never completely charge up after 3 days on the charger. Best Buy kindly refunded my cost and recommended I reorder another battery.

    Two issues, I ordered a battery early in the day, paid for next day delivery, and finally received it on the 4th day. As soon as I saw the package I knew I had a 2nd issue, the battery was too small and will not fit even though the description on the website says it will fit my model laptop (Inspiron 14R)
