I received my purchase ahead of scheduled delivery day and came almost fully charged. Just what the doctor ordered and fixed my problem.I always recommend #BestBuy to my friends. Good price as well.

I needed a new battery as the original would only last a very short time. This was way cheaper than the HP model buy a LOT and it lasts just as long if not longer than that one when it was new with my laptop.

I spent three weeks searching online and in stores for the required Lenmar - Lithium-ion Battery for my Hp Laptop. The only place I found that carried it was online at Best Buy.

My HP laptop battery died after 3 years. Best Buy had the best deal on replacements. I had the battery sent to my local store for easy pickup. Battery working flawlessly.

Ordered a replacement battery for my HP laptop. Had it shipped to a Best Buy store in Wisconsin. When the clerk handed me the box, it had been opened already. When I opened the box, the battery was not wrapped in the shipping material. Complained to the sales clerk, who told me that UPS dropped it off like that. UPS delivering an open box, not likely. When I installed the battery in my laptop, it would not even register that it was plugged into my computer. Defective upon arrival. Called customer service to complain, they provided me with postage paid label to return it to the Best Buy warehouse for refund. Did not want to wait for another 2 weeks for Best Buy to ship another, so bought it directly from HP, and had it in 2 days.

I'd give it 5 star but have only had it month. Working great now.

This is a excellent replacement for the the original factory battery at about half the price. So far it meets or exceeds the originals battery life.

Battery works fine, my laptop works fine. I'm glad I was able to get another battery for my laptop since it is 7 years old.

Good to have a battery that will hold a good charge and alert me when computer battery needs to be recharged instead of just shutting down.

My old HP battery was not holding a charge after 5 years but I didn't realize most stores don't carry in the store. Had to order online and wait about 7-10 days before arrival but this battery fit perfectly. Doesn't seem to hold charge 8 hours without having to plug in but I'm back in business.

This item works well although it was very expensive and it would be nice if the price was decreased.
