Replacement battery for my hp 2000 series laptop

I went to Best Buy and received excellent help. I was able to order the battery in the store and have it delivered. It arrived a few days later. The battery was easy to put in the computer. I allowed 3 hours to charge. It doesn't hold a charge for very long. I can get maybe a 2 hour charge. I have to keep the electric on hand all the time. Very weak.

disappointed with the battery life after charging

So i was happy to finally get a new one but soon disappointed when I found myself having to charge the battery again after an hour or so of use. But I am happy that I was able to update my laptop and I got to do all the maintenance it needed.

'difficult to get the battery snapped into place

It was difficult to snap it into the battery slot and it is not flush. It does stay in place, but the release latch will not engage. My first replacement battery fit perfectly--not this one..
