BATTERY REPLACEMENT DONE IN LATE NOVEMBER, WHILE IN GEEK SHOP FOR UPGRADES, ETC. IT IS NOW MID DECEMBER, AND THE GEEKS TELL ME IT IS FAILING. NOT GOOD.

Chatted with Best Buy representative on line re battery replacement; gave details of my laptop. Was recommended this product which I purchased. It does not fit my laptop. Must be returned. Not a good experience.

Arrived in a timely manner. Perfect fit for my replacement battery for my computer.

It's a good replacement if your factory battery needs replacing. It's works almost like the factory battery.

Obviously the battery that came with the laptop was no longer working. I had a Best Buy gift card and decided to use it for this replacement battery. Purchased January '14, now after only 3 months it has stopped working nearly entirely (charge goes from 100% to laptop shutting down with a low voltage warning in approx. 90 seconds). Additionally, the battery fit in the laptop is poor; you have to muscle it in, unlike the stock battery which slots in nicely. I am going through a warranty replacement via LENMAR, as Best Buy claimed no fault of their own. LENMAR charges you a processing fee and you must pay for shipping. If you do purchase this battery expect only a few weeks of use (if that) and add $20 shipping, handling, and processing when you go through LENMAR's warranty replacement. If I could do it again I would stay away and find a better manufacturer and seller.

First battery would not hold a charge and I had to reorder a second replacement battery. Return policy is very easy.

I purchased this battery on 3/1/12. The past 2months it would lose it's charge more and more and seemingly shut down for no apparent reason. Today, it is showing 100% charge but shuts down my computer. DON'T BUY THIS BATTERY; YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. BTW... Best buy will not exchange, I am not happy about this especially when silver membership is supposed to have some merit!

About 8 months old, battery does not hold a charge. Even a few months ago, would only charge to about 85%. Has a one-year warranty, but good luck with any success on Lenmar's website -- it doesn't recognize their own part number.

Very poor battery life. Very frustrated with Customer Service over the phone. If we push "1" for English, why have a person answer who has such an accent it isn't English? Very nice but, unable to be understood. 5th call today...

Battery was easy to find in the catalog on line and when it arrived it fit perfect. Ease of looking up products on line great getting the correct item first time fantastic.

Reliable replacement battery. Battery life is pretty good
