Great new replacement batteries for our laptops. They were a reasonable price and easy to order and pick up. It so nice to have plenty of time left to use the laptop without having to plug it in so often. Before we had only one to two hours on the old battery.

I ordered this as a replacement battery for my laptop. It works very well as long as you install it properly. I thought it was a little pricey but I needed it.

The Battery I purchased for my laptop was a perfect fit. It was easy to install and is working great.

So far this battery is holding up well. Our laptop is used probably for 5 to 7 hours a day. I have not yet noticed a difference in battery life between the original toshiba battery and this one. I do not like that it adds almost an extra inch to the rear of the laptop giving a weird angle.

wrong battery was ssent first & Best Buy exchanged without any problem and i did not have 2 pay postage---delivered 2 my home!!

Battery is much stronger than the one that originally came with the laptop. Holds a charge for a long time.

For the price it's just OK. It's a exact replacement but doesn't seem to last as long as the original when it was new. I would still recommend it as an inexpensive replacement option.

Shopped Toshiba and other sites for batteries to fit my laptop. They had two sizes, the smaller capacity (not the one that came with this unit) and the larger capacity for about $20 more. Other non-Toshiba web sites made it very hard to search for a specific battery (they presented all power-related accessories of all brands), and at first the Best Buy web search was confusing (I had already determined they were not in stock in my local store), but I found this battery, the only one available. As it turned out, Best Buy has the larger battery for the price Toshiba charges for the smaller one, and delivers to the local store. Pickup was very easy and fast, and after installing the new one for several hours of testing, I returned it to the box until the old battery completely fails.

It's just like the old one! No problem installing it.

Clerks at store said battery would elevate computer when this battery was installed, and it does, but that causes no problem so far. I've only had the battery a couple of weeks, and so can't make judgment about long term quality, battery life, etc. What I can say is so far, so good.

I purchased this battery for a replacement battery for my laptop computer. This battery would not hold a charge, I asked for a second one and that would not hold a charge either. I returned both battery's to Best Buy . I think that it would be a good idea if Best Buy would return this whole lot to the manufacturer as I would guess the whole lot was defective.

this replacement battery differs from the original, being that it does not fit "flush" with the bottom of the case. it has a raised bottom that fits center, and can be used as a way of raising up the back to facilitate cooling and making the keyboard easier to use. the battery life is longer than the original.

Works great! Cheaper than OEM, likes how it sits up to help with heat/cooling.

Got the new battery, but it would only charge for about 10 minutes before it said it was fully charged. Would only get about 5 minutes out of it before it would completely drain. Took it to local Best Buy, they confirmed it was bad. Ordered an original Toshiba battery at about half the price, received in a few days and has worked great with 3+ hours per charge. Great customer service at Best Buy store!

Great help at the store in Daytona Beach when ordering. Its shipped into my hands promptly. No problems.

Replacement battery has done a great job. Gives me the ability to use my laptop with it being plugged into a power source.

great replacement battery for toshiba laptop. like all batteries for laptops must order on line and not pickupvin store.

Although there are similar review(s) here that mention were defective, mines too was also the same as well, and it didn't work on arrival, oh well, even one of the BB staff recommend for a different battery elsewhere.
