This laptop is a versatile, lightweight and very easy to use. The preloaded OS is subpar to my preference but that has nothing to do with the functionality of the computer itself. Overall it is a great addition to your electronic hardware.

I have no complaints. I was looking for a value and I believe that I got one. Sure its not a top of the line product but is a trusted brand and the specs are excellent compared to the money that I paid. I am happy with my purchase.

Once we got rid of the Super Fish program, it works great. I am coming form XP so I am still getting used to the Windows 8,.1.

Great computer for the price, i got more for my money than i would have with the HP i origanally had bought but was broken

I have been pleased with this computer. The AMD chip is not the fastest but overall the computer runs all of our programs including embroidery software efficiently and without any glitches. Very nice machine at a great price.

Good product. Not high cost but does everything I need it to do. It is lightweight, fairly fast, and is easy to use.

I had an old computer so the change for me was dramatic. The only change I made was to delete superfish and a few other programs. I loaded my own Windows Office and it works fine. I did compare the hardware and speeds with other computers and this was a great deal. Also, the Dolby sound is great. One more thing, I couldn't get my back up from Vista machine to work, so I just loaded the data on a plug in and moved it with no problems for documents, pictures and favorites.

It bought this for my wife mainly for managing photos. It's more than enough power and definitely has the storage.

I did not go in planning to buy a laptop, but this was an "open box" deal and it is great! I have laptops hooked up to all of my TV sets and watch on line instead of renting boxes from Comcast. I have already eliminated the modem rental by buying my own from BB. Watching TV that way does have its difficulties, but not enough to be worth the Comcast box rentals. If I could only get the internet service as good from anyone else, I would cut out Comcast altogether.

At first I was a little aprehensive about the purchase because I couldn't believe all the features I got for the low price ($299 at the time) but as soon as I got it set up I was really surprised. Super simple to use, great performance and perfect display. May not have the performance needed for the latest games but it works perfectly fine for just surfing the web and playing videos, and with the 1TB hard drive its got room for all the photos i'll ever take

Love the computer, runs very cool, is fast. The only thing I don't like is the keypad. The keys are flat and should be curved to fit your fingertips better, but I am starting to get more accustomed to it. If not for the flat keys, would have given it a 5 star rating.

Easy to use. Great for a beginner. I surf the web, check e mail, and watch YouTube & Netflix. Speed is good.

The laptop was fine and would have been a good replacement for our aging Acer but I could not deal with the complexities of Windows 8.1 so I had to return it and get my Acer updated with its Windows 7 instead.

I am very impressed but the quality, speed and the extras included on this laptop. Bluetooth.... Wow!!!!!

I've only had a couple of quirky little issues, but nothing actually wrong with the computer. It is just a few settings that were creating issues, but I took it into Best Buy and the Geek Squad disabled the features and now everything is going quite well.

this is not a user friendly set up on this computer. I purchased two of the same laptop at the same time. I was told it was one of the fastest out there. I seem to always wait for the computer to decide to work. Constantly get bothered by the side panels coming in and halting all work with the mouse until I click to get them to go away but when I need them they won't hardly come out at all. The buttons to click the mouse are difficult to push and are starting to cause me pain. Also my daughter's computer has already had the hard drive replaced! Not happy.

My grandson is very happy with this laptop. It does all he wants it to do and is very responsive.

Daughter loves it! Easy set up great price! Wish I could get 2 more at this price for other kids.

This is an excellent computer for they money. It is great for the basics at an incredible price!
