Hard drive crashed after two weeks

I lasted just long enough for hime to return home and quit. I gave three stars because the company replaced the hard drive and sent it back in one week with windows 10 reinstalled. Best Buy dropped the ball on customer service here.

This thing was a lemon from day 1, and after having it repaired 3 times in less than 8 months (one time had to send it to Lenovo, they replaced the hard drive, but it was still impossible to use). The problem lies heavily with a very under-powered processor. The specs in the system were too powerful for the processor, and everything was sluggish. After several months trying to deal with this dud, I finally got my money back in store credits via Best Buy (but only because I purchased the Geek Squad extended plan). If you are considering getting this laptop, please keep looking.

I was unable to use the program I wanted to use on this laptop. On top of that I was unable to play music through iTunes while doing anything else on this laptop without the music skipping.

The laptop hard drive failed almost immediately and has done nothing but perform poorly. I will NEVER patronize Lenovo again and caution all others to stay away
