Serves it's purpose

It serves its purpose. It does take a while to start up, but my son was able to take his online classes with faster speed than his HP. I would give it an 8 out of 10. Great value.

If it went any slower, it would go back in time

Its operating speed is like a turtle in mud. Save the frustration and get a pc with a faster processor and more memory.

Overpriced for quality

After that though, it started having issues where the mouse would stop responding and the screen would enlarge or shrink and sometimes close out of some or all of what I have open. We tried software updates and hardware updates but nothing fixed it. Suggestions from Google searches didn't fix it. Replaced Windows 8 with Windows 7 which didn't fix it. Upgraded Windows 7 to Windows 10 and guess what .... didn't fix it. Contacted Lenovo support and their grand suggestion was to reboot the laptop. So, save yourself the headache and buy anything EXCEPT this piece of garbage laptop or Lenovo / IBM in general.
