Reasonable price for a laptop. Perfect for basic users (internet surfing, work or school work, etc. ) looking for a cpu that doesn't break your wallet. Nice design. Have been a Gateway / Acer user for quite a while and my first purchase of a Lenovo laptop was a success. Excellent performance.

Got this laptop for my mom as a bday gift. Fit all the criteria-good price, user friendly, easy to set up, etc. Great basic computer. She loves the size and feel of the keyboard and that it has the number keys off to the side. She is slightly technologically disinclined and so far so good!

I purchased this laptop for my spouse for general web surfing, email, and some basic applications. The laptop boots up relatively quick and the wireless connected right away to our router at home. It actually comes with a DVD drive, but that does not make the laptop much heavier at all. Build quality is on the lighter side and the plastic seems thin, but it is relatively firm and solid.

I just needed a basic laptop for my grandmother. This fit the bill and did not hurt my wallet. Touchpad is nice and the laptop has a full keyboard.

Amazing computer! Fluid and bright, and well woth the money. One must use the Lenovo site to update along with the Windows 10 updates. Truly the battery is not worth more than 2.5 to 4 hours, but is not much of a hindrance. This is a great product! Lenovo appears to be a good company.

I bought this just for a new windows 10 laptop for my dad. He really enjoys it.

I bought this laptop for my wife to use. I has decent memory sleek design and good battery time. This is the upside of this computer. On the downside, the computer comes with Windows 10. Maybe is you're a fan of using smart phones or tablets with limited functionality you my like this system. We got it to work more like a computer, but Microsoft didn't make it easy. Still a good buy.

I actually purchased 2 of these laptops within 2 weeks of each other. One laptop is doing well and the other is not so much. My wife's laptop is having issues specifically lagging when opening apps. However my daughters laptop is doing great.. no issues at all.. Maybe it's the luck of the draw on this product.

Only the 2nd computer I've ever owned. Replaced a 4-year old Toshiba also purchased at Best Buy. For the first week it worked "fair", but deathly-slow. I even down-loaded Google Chrome as it's supposed to be much faster than Edge or Firefox or Bing. Finally, at my wit's end, I called customer support, which was "hidden" in the owner's manual and online tutorial (why isn't their 800 "help" number printed on the front page of the owner's manual, the box the unit comes in, and even the laptop itself?) Anyway, the online Lenovo Tech. made some tweaks, and concurrently, there were some Windows up-dates that happened simultaneously, and it works fine now. Only down-side compared to the Toshiba, one less USB port, so when I down-load pictures from my camera, I have to disconnect my auxiliary speakers. NOT the most user-friendly computer in the universe.

Purchased this for my son for school. It is a good budget PC that I don't worry about him messing up, considering he has already ruined one this year. For the price it is cheaper to replace than repair normally.

Great size on the screen. Very fast in loading. This is my first laptop. Changed from a desktop and this performs very well. Easy on the eyes. I also purchased the cooling mat that goes underneath just so it keeps it cool. Great purchase and price. So glad that I bought it.

This laptop has had nothing but issues since it was purchased. The view of the desktop rotates 90 degrees for no reason and won't go back until I can restart it. The battery last maybe 2 1/2 hours and the sound is terrible. I would never have purchased this if I knew how much of a waste it should be.

Good to do some basic thing and not spend a ton of money on a laptop.
