    So far I like everything about this unit except for when the cursor seems to get hijacked, as if someone has a remote control over the arrow and is having a tug of war with me. It is as if someone wants the cursor to go direction when I want it to go another. This is disconcerting, but I am assuming that this is a defect in the hardware.

    I am pleased with my Lenova laptop. I talked with the guy at Best Buy that we have dealt with for other purchases, he is very knowledgeable and hasn't stirred us wrong yet. This laptop has even more features than I thought, I like how user friendly it is and the size is perfect for using anywhere I want.

    You get what you pay for, as with most things. I signed up for a school course that required a Microsoft operating system. So I only needed to use Microsoft office applications for school assignments for about 10 weeks. This is not the fastest or sturdiest laptop but it offers a great value for limited usage or as a backup computer.

    My almost 10-year-old laptop was on its last legs so I picked this Lenovo up in a bind. It is a great everyday laptop for web browsing, emails, social media and such but navigating large files is a problem because of its slower processing speed. For its price point, it is a good choice for basic use. Love the Windows 10 features!

    Geek Squad helped make a good purchase even better! It got all my information off my unbootable computer...a real life saver for me! I've now got everything I want on the new computer and an archive of everything else that I can conveniently search as needed. Don't do your personal IT without them!
