This was my third time purchasing a Lenovo. The first one just stopped charging and powering up. The second would not hold a charge. I purchased this one, started to load windows 10 and then started reading the reviews. I promptly returned it to BestBuy because according to the reviews, this is common with Lenovo. Now I'm out $50 for Windows 10 that I am unable to use or return because I scratched off the back EVEN though the Geek Squad can verify that it hasn't been used.

Great for my simple needs. Excellent for a beginner.

My laptop works great. Sadly, the hard drive crashed only a few weeks after purchase. I called the Geek Squad, and since the laptop was under warranty they replaced the drive quickly and without charge. All is again working great!

I bought this computer for my son. It is very easy to operate and understand. He's really enjoying using it. Now, I'm hoping he'll share with me - at least once in a while. LOL

It's good for what we needed it for. My dad's laptop was old, had been dropped a few times and no longer had sound, so I bought him a new one that worked. He can't handle anything too complicated, so we set it up with shortcuts for the sites that he uses.

This Lenovo laptop its good just to make school work and read papers. Not good to watch movies or play games.

Good product, fast speed...light touch. Display is easy to read. It weighs very little and is perfect for travel. I got a great buy from Best Buy as an open box purchase even though it was NEW and fully warranted. Very happy.

I like it a lot. It was pretty easy to get used to. Some keys seem to be a bit off from what I had before. The left and right click bars are smaller and hard to get used to.

I've had this computer for 3 weeks and am just not impressed. It is really slow doing anything which drives me crazy. My old computer with the same specs was faster than this. The worst part about it is the right shift key is half the size of the left shift key, which is normal size. With this keyboard the right shift is split into 2 keys with the up arrow key on the left and the shift on the right. So every time I go to shift I end up hitting the up arrow which causes all sorts of problems with whatever it is I am typing. I have to really concentrate and stretch my pinky to it;s limits to get the right key. I got this laptop at a great price but I should have paid more and got something better.
