Ultimately a waste of time because the memory is too small and cannot run applications smoothly. Battery life is terrible and if I could I would have just paid some more money and purchased a better machine!

Posted .We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the HDMI port on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

I will boot it up and the next thing I know - sorry we have encountered an issue and must reboot. AAARRRGGGHHHH Does it every time. Not going to keep this one. Trading it in and I have only had it for about a month. Don't believe all of the reviews.

This will delete all programs (not files) except the original operating system, so you will need to reinstall your programs later. It will also restore all settings to factory default. You may have to go back through the initial Windows setup. Be sure to use express set up.
