    loading certain files are always slow and way too many updates wasting vaulable work time.

      With regard to untimely Windows 10 updates, you can turn off automatic updates. You will get a notice when there is an update for your system. You pick the time to allow the update. This also gives you the opportunity to create a restore point on your device before you allow the update. lenovo
