This laptop satisfies my needs for managing home files/banking/photos, searching the net and keeping in touch with friends via facebook. It also had a disk drive which is hard to find in newer more techie laptops. It meets my needs at a price I like. I have also bought the Lenovo brand before and haven't had any issues.

Value for Money : lots of feature in lower price. ==== cons: somewhat slow

Good computer for low price. Big screen with lots of memory. A bit on the heavier side is the only downfall.

Bought this for my elderly mother to use for email and general internet browsing. I set it up in about an hour and she uses it pretty easily. No issues so far. And it's light enough for her to carry from one room to another.

For what I paid...great laptop. There's nothing I can't do on it. Might go get another one for my kid.

I am pleased with this computer. It functions properly for those of us who do not have great computer skills. I am able to use it with internet, playing games and completing my e-mails, as well as researching for information I need. This computer is well worth the price I paid for it.

We needed a cheap laptop replacement just for homework and internet-based projects. Laptop is ok for the money but it's speed is not what I expected. Probably should have spent a little more money for a faster processor.

We were looking for a laptop that would suit our needs for both business (keeping track of bills and such) and networking, and thus far, this computer has fit the bill. It's fast enough, and with tons of storage space, I can store tons of pictures and music on it without fear of running out of room. Just what we were looking for!

Good for my 13 year old. Speed is ok but could be faster. For the price its good enough.

Nice Lenovo product, with a keyboard that takes a little getting used to since it is larger with a keypad. This shrinks the rest of the keys a little, and makes some normal 'no look' typing to be a little convoluted. Installed another stick of RAM to help with Windows 10, and pleased with laptop. The mouse buttons on the laptop are recessed more than I'd like and feel cheap but not too bad of a laptop

I use this computer for just about everything but, It shouldn't be used for too many games. It works really well for online work and other things. If you are big on using a camera I can't really tell you about the camera too much I've only used it a few times and usually it is pretty clear. When on video calls this computer works great for video and audio. The audio on the computer is very touchy though. I prefer it for that reason the speakers are loud and can be heard pretty well. The audio is clear enough to be able to understand others. Beware though you need to turn the volume really low if you are wearing headphones. I got this laptop for schoolwork mostly and it has not failed me yet. The quality of video you get varies with your internet and what your settings for it are. I prefer to have it on high performance for gaming and balanced for everything else.The battery life is kind of bad though depending upon what you're doing. If you have it on balanced settings then the battery will last for a while if on light work. The computer picks up and keeps the signal of internet from quite a distance. I have bad internet at my house and it picks it up better than any of my old laptops. It is light weight but I would suggest getting a sleeve or back pack of some kind since it seems to be easy to almost drop, step on, etc.

It is nice and light to carry around and was easy to install my mouse and Office 2013. It is a little slow to process but not anything that would make me want to return it. Happy to have made this purchase.

Needed a reliable laptop for day to day tasks (browse the web, MS Word, etc). For $40 I added 8GB more RAM so it has now more than enough. Battery lasts several hours. Fast enough for what it needs to do. Trackpad isn't as good as more expensive laptops, but that's to be expected for the price.

I was looking for a economical laptop for my son with a lot of features. Came with Windows 10 and not a lot of pre-installed unwanted software on it. Screen size and picture quality is perfect.

I have a 6-7 year old laptop which was showing its age and wanted an updated faster machine to replace it. I do usually have several windows open, do light photo editing and am on-line all the time but don't download music, movies or do heavy number crunching. Unfortunately, this one was not any faster than the old one and, when I checked the specs (which I should have done before I bought it) I discovered that it had the same chip and RAM. Also, for whatever reason, the pre-loaded security software let extensive malware in when I first connected to the internet and it took me hours to find and remove it. I returned it. Best Buy was very easy to work with.

Functional and affordable. Fast processor and great for program use.

We bought two of these for our granddaughters to use for school and games. They were very pleased. The one starts right up but the other something was wrong with the screen and had to be returned. Best Buy was great about the return and we had the new one the next day (it was out of stock and the young man went the extra ole to find out when it would be in).

I has a lot of storage space which is necessary to download course material. The camera is excellent. This laptop is fairly light and easy to carry around. Overall it is easy to manipulate.

Pretty happy about this laptop. It's not a powerhouse, but performs well and gets things done. Bonus VGA out on the side in addition to HDMI. Keyboard layout is fine, dig the number pad. Speakers are very nice. Sleek and light. Fits great in the corresponding Amazon Basics laptop bag. Leaves room for Fire tablet and accessories in additional compartments.
