The Lenovo brand was highly recommended by the salesman. The computer works okay, but there are a few things I'm not too happy with. The keyboard is "cheap". A couple of the keys have sunken in after only a short time of use. The keys are also very touchy. I have to be very careful because it will type the same character more than once, or I have to hit other keys over and over to get just one character. It also highlights text and deletes it without me doing anything. I can use it for what I need, but I probably won't buy another one like this.

We purchased seven of these Lenovos for classroom activities at a non-public school for individuals with disabilities; primarily to be used by the Teachers. They are great for basic web browsing, digital media and word processing. Windows 10 is WAY better than Windows 8.

This is a great laptop. I upgraded to Windows 10 with no problem. The system is smooth and does not crash. I do not use the battery so I have no idea how long it last. Great buy

We were very excited to get a new TV especially to watch Sunday football on. I utilized bestbuy.com to make the purchase and arrange to pick it up at the store Sunday morning. After picking up our purchase we returned home to hang on the wall mount and get our new TV up and running. After much hard work and a little extra running around because the mount did not include all of the needed items for us to hang our television on a brick wall, we came to find that our new television had a completely smashed and cracked screen. By the time we made it back out to the store to exchange, the football game had been well in progress and needless to say my husband was not happy. Although, the staff at Best Buy in Robinson Township Pittsburgh Pennsylvania were extremely helpful and efficient at getting our exchange processed as quickly as possible. Even though we missed the entire football game, that probably was the best game the Steelers have played in a decade lol, we are extremely happy with the quality of our purchase and would recommend it to anyone. Although I would strongly recommend against trying to have it installed the day of a football game if you are married to an NFL fanatic.

This is an ok laptop. Runs slow and has problems downloading files. Was not told by sales associate that I had to buy service contract in order to get geek squad to help with problems. The same day I purchased laptop I had to take back and they refused to help without purchasing service contract!! Very disappointing.

This is a very good product however I was used to Windows 7 so any technology change is a challenge for me. I bought a Windows for dummies Windows 10 book and that helped a lot. Have not used the camera yet but everything else is user friendly. I wish there was more apps for games etc tho. Happy with the product tho in general!

Bought this Lenovo while we were looking to replace an HP laptop that only lasted us a year and a half. We really just need it for everyday uses like paying bills, school projects, streaming video and some online games. Obviously not a thousand dollar laptop so don't try to compare it to those. Works well for what we need.

I purchased two of these laptops for daughters in high-school. We've found them to be durable, and great for homework at the house and coffee houses. One of my girls is a photographer, and she uses her Lenovo for photo processesing. This is a solid laptop in its pricing category. It's got decent RAM and plenty of storage.

I'm used to using Business grade Lenovo thru my Job, bought this as a gift for someone who just uses it for web surfing and face book, that's the extent of her needs., The price was the real reason for buying this model, tough to beat for 300 dollars.

I have enjoyed this laptop! I specifically chose a light weight but durable computer because I have two toddlers. It's performance is great! Battery life is good!

I use this computer to check email and play games online. It is plenty fast at loading and works well when gaming. I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone.

My wife was looking for a portable laptop computer to replace a desktop computer. This one had the best combination of price, memory, hard drive storage capacity, display size and speed for her needs. It came with Windows 10 already installed.

easy to set up easy to use I am not a computer geek but this Lenovo is so simple and easy to learn. price is excellent and so far no problems at all.

bought this for my grandson..........he loves it.......it was easy to use right out of the box.......plays games and will use it for school.

This laptop has been amazing. The battery is not the best but for the price I can not complain. The keyboard is kind of flimsy though.

My Lenovo Laptop is going to be used to remote access my work computer and also My fathers PC if he needs me to help him diagnois an issue. I bought the laptop based on information from a Bestbuy salesperson and because of price point, to that end it meets all of my needs.
