poor keyboard design
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the right shift up key is tiny. it is poor design and I constantly hit the page up key by mistake. very poor design. did find a free software that converted the page up key to shift up key., geek squad downloaded data but the computer never suggested that I create a usb recovery device. that should be done and the computer did not suggest this..

Posted .With regard to the speaker volume, you might try going in to Properties for sounds/speaker. For Playback, find the Enhancement Tab. Find Equalizer. Change setting to Powerful.
Good computer but is slow sometimes

The build quality felt cheap, wifi connection was inconsistent and it locked up within the first day such that I had to contact customer service and it was a known problem
