However, when it arrived in the house, I noticed a dent on the lower left corner side of the keyboard where it separates the base cover and the top where the keyboard is located. The space or point where the 2 covers(bottom and top) meet, there are 2 small holes like it was a tool was used to open it or something. At first I thought it was like a part of the design until the I turned it ON, and the computer runs very slow like it is running on a Pentium 3 processor with 1GB memory; like seriously the computer so slow. I am returning it asap. I am very disappointed with this experience getting a computer from BestBuy, hope this will not happen again. NOT HAPPY!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.AFTER installing Norton, etc., I realized the right shift key is one more spot over to the right and the Page Up key is in the spot where the right shift key should be. So every time I shift on the right, the letter goes up to the previous line and then I have to stop, erase the error, go back down to the line I'm on and physically look at the keys to continue typing. I have been using typewriters, keyboards, etc. for 50 years; I type 90 words per minute, so you can imagine what a pain in the buttski this is. The computer itself is nice, but apparently made in New Zealand, where apparently, they stretch their right pinkie farther out than we do here. If I were wealthy, I would throw this out and get a different computer.

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Posted .You can get to the Control Panel in Windows 10 by clicking on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "Control Panel" in the search window. Select "Control Panel". This system comes with a built in CD/DVD drive, no Blu-Ray.

Posted .This system should provide good speed with its Core I-3 processor and 6GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
