You get what you pay.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a cheap laptop, because is made cheap. I returned the next day, its slowand the quality of the screen its horrendous. I will recommend that if you don't need a laptop in a hurry, wait save more and invest in a good laptop. This is not wort the money.

Why was my warranty not renewed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an expensive laptop and basically I only had a protection plan that concurred with the manufacturer warranty and now I have nothing and I wanted to extend my protection but I am not been notified to do it like my desktop computer

Integral Mouse not working well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The integral Mouse was not reliable. When moving slowly over files and it would pick and move files to places not chosen by the operator. Some times the files would vanish to places unknown

Posted .With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

Not happy with Lenovo
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Lenovo laptop on a recommendation from the salesperson at the store. I now wish I went with a different brand that I have purchased in the past (HP, Asus, Samsung). I've had many issues with this laptop.

Okay for the price, but disappointed with the WiFi
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately I only found out after I purchased this laptop that the wireless adapter is known to be defective, barely functional. I had to buy a USB nano wireless adapter to connect to the internet at full speed(s).

Posted .With regard to the WiFi issues you mention with your device, there may be driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

So bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.4 hour updates, slower than the computer I had in 1995. Luckily Best Buy took it back within the 14 day trial . It was only 349 but they can do better for that money.

Does the basics
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In my opinion, this computer does the bare minimum. I've come to realize I'm not a fan of Windows 10. I find that this computer is laggy. I suggest taking a look at a Chromebook as an alternative.

Return this- way to slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The salesman convinced us to buy this computer, however it is way too slow. If you want to wait 30 seconds to a minute or more just to continue typing your document this is the computer for you.

Posted .This system should be a fast system with its Core I-3 processor and 6GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

Inferior product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Lenovo laptop, which I bought as a gift for a friend, developed lines across the monitor making it almost impossible to use within two months of my purchase. When she made an appointment with the Geek Squad to repair it the person at the desk, apparently failing to record the appointment, scheduled another customer in her time slot and, because of her distance from and difficulty of returning to your store, the laptop is now being shipped back to the manufacturer at her own expense. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and your service,

Not for office work....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The computer was not powerful at all - even with an i3 processor. I’ve had faster pentium computers. Couldn’t handle basic word processing tasks without freezing up.

I would rate this less, if that was possible.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this for light web use, and the occassional spreadsheet or label document. It is a rolling piece of poo. The thing came loaded with bloatware, and once all of those programs were uninstalled, then it started to run sort of like a computer. Its ridiculously slow - even for web browsing, and had wifi connection issues for a long time, finally one of the updates fixed those. I would pass on this and recommend either a more robust chrome book, or a better configuration.

Not working I've owned it one month
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this laptop for a month. There is obviously a defect with Lenovo laptops and updates with windows?? It seems to be the major issue online. I start it up and it stays stuck on the Lenovo splash screen forever loading. I've done everything in the forums. This should not be happening to so many people and the computer still being sold with this defect. I'm taking it to Best Buy tomorrow and I'm hoping that they can resolve the issue or I'm just going to return it.

Posted .We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your Lenovo Ideapad 110-15 laptop. It sounds as though there is a conflict with an installed program on this device or a Windows 10 update that did not complete properly. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the headphone jack on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

Ok...I guess
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't care for the keyboard setup. The computer itself is slower than a sleeping sloth. Screen size is perfect. Graphics are are great (Im not a gamer).

Do research first
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish I would've done a more thorough research before purchasing this laptop. In two months and very little usage, I have now had to take it to Geek Squad twice because it's frozen up and won't work at all. Geek Squad person thinks the hard drive may be fried. Ridiculous that after all the bells and whistles, this $700 piece of equipment that's brand new and hardly used is broken. Do NOT just listen to the person working in that area (for soooo many reasons).
