    I purchased this laptop for my mother and it has been nothing but trouble ever since. We have sent it back to Lenovo 3 times.

    I purchased this laptop a month ago because of the TB of memory. But it was a bad decision. I have since returned it to the store and purchased another brand. The Lenovo was extremely (snail) slow and when I tried to get on the internet it kept saying "loading cache" it took over an hour to boot up everytime I tried to use it.

    The Best Buy employee recommended this lab top, by far the worst product I have ever purchased. For the first time I did not purchase the protection plan although if I did I would still be extremely disappointed. The lab top runs extremely slow and the key pad is defective. I have had the laptop 3 months and it's to late to return it back to the store and Lenovo is giving me a hard time replacing it.

    Everyone hates to use this laptop. It’s very slow, and the touchpad is difficult to use for copy/paste.

    This computer has has Many issues to start with. It takes forever to load ever time it is turned on. Super slow to use.

      This system should provide good speed with its Core I-3 processor and 6GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. lenovo

    I don't like this computer. If I had known it was made in China I would not have purchased. I prefer Dell but bought this because of price, I wish I had spent the extra money. This one does not have enough ports among other problems. I don't like the Lenova Assistant always sticking its nose in. I prefer to work without it watching over my shoulder.

      If you are referring to the initial set up of Windows 10, it is an easy process tat you can do yourself. Just follow the onscreen directions after initially turning on your new computer.     The hardware did not function properly since I purchased it. It was too late to return. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. It would cost me money to get the unit serviced within 3 months of purchase. This is NOT the Lenovo of the past. I advise you do not buy Lenovo and I will never buy again. Stick to ASUS, HP or DELL

    Laptop needs to be rebooted every 2-3 days. Runs very slow at times and when when more than one tab is open in Chrome, it takes a long time for the additional tabs to open. If an email is active using other programs are affected by the email running in the background. I would not recommend purchasing this laptop unless additional RAM is added.
