STINKY
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was in crisis and asked the Best Buy store 1448 sales staff about this computer. No one mentioned the poor quality speakers. Now I'm trying to get to the store manager to unload this turkey.

Posted .Sorry to hear that you are not happy with the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. With regard to the speaker volume, you might try going in to Properties for sounds/speaker. For Playback, find the Enhancement Tab. Find Equalizer. Change setting to Powerful.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. It sounds like there was a problem with the initial start up of Windows 10. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the headphone jack on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

Choose another laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this laptop for almost two months. I've had (2) keys pop off, and had to install Windows (4) times. I have a Lenovo all-in-one and it works great. This is not a good laptop.

Posted .This sounds like a software conflict. Either the automatic Windows 10 updates or the software you have installed is causing a conflict. You mentioned you restored to factory settings, but did you remove all installed programs from the device. Restore the device to factory settings and delete all installed software. Only reinstall software that is Windows 10 Home 64-bit compatible.

To slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe I should have read a review ,before purchase This thing is supposed to be the equivalent to the HP I replaced it with...NOT AT ALL! What a waste of money.

Posted .This system should provide good processing speed, with its Core I-3 processor and 6GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

Because the hard drive is partitioned, OneKey Recovery may work even id the hard drive is damaged. This will allow you to get your data off the device and check to see if it is a software issue rather than a hardware issue. You can scan your device here:
