Ok computer but we bought for YouTube with the camera and the camera is horrible

i've had this laptop for almost 2 weeks and i have found that this computer is good for someone with just above minimal computer skills.it's fast dependable and offers everything i need in use of a everyday computer.i see bad reviews from people that think this should operate like a $1000.00 computer,well it doesn't. it's just a good reliable everyday computer with good memory good speed and etc. i highly recommend this laptop for everyday use

has an i3 and 6gb so for 329.00 plus tax its a great deal.... I'm using it for basic work and browsing .... I'm not a gamer or a photo editor so I'm not sure this isnt the right one for those needs.... But for a solid , fast, inexpensive comp, this is a great choice

First of all I would like to say that I'm glad that I didn't listen to the negative reviews. This computer is loaded with all the good stuff "under the hood". Such as a built in microphone and bluetooth to name a few. It's faster than tablets, smartphones and my old laptop. I also thank Best Buy.com for sending me a brand new unopened laptop. Here are some pros, One Key Recovery, DVD Player / Burner. Different battery modes, according to the user. Lenovo Settings as well as the regular settings. Lenovo Website to update drivers. And once you Fine Tune the touchpad settings and the way you want the screen to scroll you will be happy. Everyone will never agree on everything. But at least I NOW KNOW this computer is above average. Here are the cons, laptop is naked, not enough labels. Speaker. But everything sounds wonderful with headphones or external speaker, and just about everybody has these anyway. Besides, no laptop or flat screen tv has good speakers anyway. Thank You Best Buy.com for the best price and speedy delivery.

I really like this laptop except for the location of the right shift key. I downloaded the key tweak software thing but the key board doesn't match and is numbered and I can't figure out how to use it. I'm a senior. If tech could respond to this review I would appreciate it. I recommend this laptop - it sure is fast for my needs. Still learning Win 10 - but the darn shift key is driving me nuts. How can I disable the page up key that would work too.

My 2 oldest sons needed some new laptops for school. They both really liked the Lenovo 110 but some of the other models limit the memory to only 4GB. When we saw these came out with 6GB expandable to 8GB we quickly picked up 2 of them. The 1TB drive is more then enough storage, plus the inclusion of a CD/DVD writer, AC wireless and Bluetooth make this a very nice package. Some of reviews on the other 110s say they are slow, I believe that is the memory limitation. With the 6th Gen iCore 3 we have seen no speed issues. While I plan to eventually up the memory to 8, over the past 48 hours neither have complained of them being slow, they both have gaming desktops to compare against, and my experience in helping them get setup was great. There is NOT a lot of bloatware like some other brands, in fact Lenovo has a program that helps you choose what to add. While these are not gaming laptops, the iCore 3 and more recent Intel graphics will allow it to run some games right out of the box. WoW with the latest expansion runs flawlessly as do a number of other games, even some FPS on lower graphics settings. The screen is beautiful and the camera very good for this price point. No knowledge of how well it will hold up but even though it's all plastic, it feels quite sturdy. Both my oldest two are very happy as they have something for school but can also do some moderate gaming on it when we travel and I was very pleased with the price point!

as you have probably found out by n33ow the right shift button is a joke. who signed off on that? smh. but the speakers are an even bigger joke. I got this laptop for less than 300 bucks. I3(those two 33's in the middle of now^^^ are a result of a poorly placed shift key), 1tb hd, 6gb ram. I had an asus i5. 750gb, 6gb ram. I do a lot of photo editing and graphic design work. along with the usual surfing, you tube videos, etc. you cant watch videos without a head phone, because the sound quality is so poor. Overall if you use it for a travel computer in public places where you would have to use headphones, it will be fine. if you are using it for word processing, that shift key is a serious issue. I have to load a bunch of large pics tomorrow for processing. Ill let you know how it fairs. right now its headed back to b###b%%.

I've worked in IT for many years and have used many different manufacturer's products. For starters Lenovo's phone support is very helpful, at least from my experiences. As for this laptop, the i3 6100U performs tasks quickly and the 6GB of ddr4 memory is plenty for daily tasks. Battery time is fair compared to others but acceptable. VERY LITTLE BLOATWARE. Which for me, is a huge plus. I've read reviews stating how slow this system is and I can verify that one major issue could be with the hard drives image that is used for this system. I strongly recommend any user run the disk defragmenter after they setup their user account on the operating system (Win 10). My hard drive personally was fragged 21%, which is very high and definitely slows down performance. Both startup times and application launches increased quite drastically after the defragmenter was run. At this time I do recommend this laptop to other potential buyers. NOTE I did pick this up on sale making it an even better deal than buying it at it's regular price.
