Got this laptop on sale for a little over $300. 6 gigs of RAM and a i3 was just the ticket for my son who need it for school. So long as he doesn't do anything stupid and download pokemon or click here for a million dollars...this should last him awhile.

I was skeptical at first about buying a Lenovo laptop but weeks into the experience I couldn't be happier. The computer is quiet, lightweight, and fast for the price I paid! No complaints so far and I plan on buying other Lenovo computers in the future!

While this is a good, inexpensive alternative to HP, the keyboard is different than the HP computer and takes some time to get used to. If you do a lot of typing, I wouldn't recommend this computer. Otherwise, I think It is a good value for the money.

Serves it purpose as a practible laptop at a reasonable price. Has good specs for my needs. No complaints sos far, after a couple months. Memeory is not upgradable, so keep that in mind, but I dont think it would function any better with more memory.

Easy to set up and use. It does run a tad bit slower than I would like.

This is a great entry level laptop capable of running microsoft office with ease. Have heard about keyboard but no big issues here. I would buy another one. Cant expect this for gaming but thats not what its for. Great for high school or college.

I'm still trying to get used to Windows 10 but over all it works really well. The finger mouse is really sensitive and I do have some trouble with it with my big hands. Over all I would rate it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. I like it really well.

I think this is an excellent deal if you don't expect high performance or some specialty tasks from your laptop. It is not the most stylish or the fastest laptop but will do most (or all) of the things an average person expects from a laptop.

Bought this because we wanted a lighter laptop than the old one that we had. This Lenovo is pretty good so far, it's been like a month and we have no problems what so ever, and it is quite light compared to other laptops with that size screen.

I want to start by congratulating Lenovo for creating an affordable computer with a lot to offer. Sadly is only to offer and no real consistency. The keyboard is impossible! as soon as I got it after about 1 hour the keyboard letter A and L started to get stuck. The material felt cheap right away. I had to go back to the store after unistalling everything and return it. I got the same one again just to find out that I can't type correctly because the Shift is the wrong place! Not sure if the creators of the computer read other reviews but this was the final straw that made me return it again! So, in summary: Good memory computer for the price. Horrible keyboard and quality.

I purchased the inexpensive Lenovo Laptop simply to be a back up machine for my live presentations in the unlikely event that my primary projector ever quit right before or during a presentation. It was inexpensive so I didn't expect much, but then I didn't need much either. However, after very limited use over the course of a couple of months it simply quit working. I took it to a local computer repair shop and they discovered the CPU was only performing at about 85% which meant it was essentially garbage. A boat anchor. I had to pay that shop $90 just to make it work well enough to download the presentation decks I'd installed. Do not buy this machine.

I had to buy a new laptop because one of the hinges on my previous laptop had broken nearly separating the back of the computer from the bottom of it with the keyboard. There was nothing wrong with the functioning but if it didn't replace it soon, I was going to have problems. This is my first big electronics purchase without my husband right there with me and it was scary. The sales person was very helpful but a little pushy tying to push the Office package on me when I don't use it anymore. I realize that is part of their job to get add ons because I have worked sales myself. I might have given it more stars if I had it longer but I haven't had it that long yet but so far so good. It's nice to have a laptop I don't have to keep plugged in for it be on and not having to worry about the back of it trying to come off completely.

I like this computer, it's light and super fast, the charger is small like a smart phone, built-in Bluetooth, updated Windows 10.

I bought this computer for my mom, and he has been great for her.

Much better than we expected. Great memory. Keyboard was a little different at first, but didn't take long to get used to it.

Good for writing papers and assignments. Ok, for movie watching.

had to do a system restore after 2 days. everything working fine now; poor sound cant hardly hear even at maximum

I choose Best Buy because of location and rating of the store, also like the support of the Geek Squad. I did some comparing of prices also. My husband and I talked with three different employees and they were all very informative.
