I am not a computer geek, so I don't play games and do spread sheets. But, I do shop on line, read mail, and watch DVD's through my laptop. I also print and watch programs sent to my TV though a HD cord. Works great. The only issue, which I knew from reading reviews, the shift control on the lower right side is in an awkward postion. So, great price and nice computer.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software.

Researched this laptop at 4 websites, discovering the Lenovo was revered top notch value. Best Buy offered best price plus free internet security X6 mons. Bought our own 'bundle' plus 'Geek Squad' protection for less than others' laptop-only price. Still learning Windows 10 and all its fantastic options.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
