I enjoyed the speed of this laptop. It was able to run multiple windows that I needed for travel. Then, it slip from my bag and went for a deep swim! So, back to BB for another laptop!

Overall I love my Lenovo, but the right hand shift key is smaller and hard to reach. I end up having to correct a lot of mistakes. Hard to capitalize anything using the right shift key.

Light weight, wide screen, fast processing. The only problem is the right-side keyboard shift key is in a different position and causes problems when typing. Otherwise, a great machine.

We had to do the start up process twice because the keyboard got all goofy when we tried to setup with US style keyboard but a different language. Otherwise it has problem free since.

So I chose to go on the cheap side… And you know what they say, you get what you pay for it. However Lenovo is a phenomenal brand and I have never had a problem. I think I should've spent a little bit more for my laptop since I hate the mouse pad so much but it is a great value for the price. I had a really difficult time removing McAfee for the software that I had purchased in regards to Internet security. It still says it's not completely removed but when I go to completely remove it it says it's completely removed. I know that didn't make much sense… Which is honestly part of the reason I'm aggravated. Otherwise it is a truly awesome cheap computer.

Pleased so far with performance. This was a great price for the specs for this laptop.

I purchased this Lenovo because my Dell Flip Top Yoga was stolen and I needed something quick. I like the memory on the Lenovo but it's bulkiness is a bit much for me. I thought I'd use the 10-key for my real estate transactions only to figure out that I won't use it at all. It's kind of heavy and I'm ready to move on to a much smaller laptop or MacBook pro. I have nothing bad to say about the Lenovo. It's just not the best for me. I'm passing it on to my college student child and since it's still new, I'm sure he'll love it!

I like the laptop just little trouble getting used to the keyboard and the programs. I am not a technology person but so far so good

I like the size and the functionality, the price was the best for a lap this size. The shift key at je right should be bigger, I keep pressing the up key instead the shift key.

I have to say that I have generally been pleased with the speed of this laptop. I knew I wasn't getting a gaming machine or a top end business laptop and, until tonight, it was doing what I wanted with only one significant annoyance. What changed? I finally got around to installing Adobe Photoshop. Evidently the Intel chipset in this laptop is substandard. Photoshop installed and will run but many of the features are disabled because of the graphic chip's incompatibility (Yes, my drivers are current). I have run into this problem before with an older Dell system but was assured by the salesperson that this would not be the case with a newer machine. He was wrong. I have spent too much time setting it up and have too much software activated on the laptop to return it for this problem since this is not my primary machine for photo editing but this is still a major disappointment. It is sad that an Asus laptop that was $75 cheaper, has less RAM, and is .9 gigahertz slower handles Photoshop better with full functionality. Maybe the problem is with Adobe since their product is only the industry standard for photo editing but the other significant problem I have with this laptop is ALL Lenovo. Laptop keyboards are usually anything but standard but I have never had one that caused me as much problem as this one. For some reason the designer made the right shift key half of the normal size and used the saved space for the page up key. For someone who hunts and pecks this wouldn't be a problem but for someone who has been touch typing for thirty five years this is a problem. I have found that if I have any significant typing to do with it an external keyboard, which takes up one only two USB ports and adds to what I need to carry with me) is a necessity. The ridiculous keyboard problem caused me to drop one star off of the rating and the Adobe Photoshop problem caused me to drop another. If you only need a basic laptop I would recommend this. If you are sending this to school with a college student who will be taking classes for or needs to use Photoshop get a laptop without an Intel graphic chipset.

I bought my son the same computer with an a6 processor in 2014. It was stolen. With this replacement my son saw little difference in use with the I3 processor and additional memory. I know I cannot give this a perfect 5 because there is better laptops available. For budget reasons and features I would give it a 5. I recently bought an asus for my other son. Within one month the motherboard fried. Although they sent me another computer with better features.the loss of the computer was felt. I recommend all students who have a laptop to have a small cheap tablet with a keyboard for backup. My other son is now using a Lenevo also.

I am satisfied. The PC is fast with enough space in storage. For school is great

Nice computer. Is light weight with quick start up. Key board clicks are a little noisy. Good computer for home or school work.

This was a gift that I chose for myself because I am learning to code to become a front end web dev. I bought this knowing the limitations and the system is excellent for what I am doing. I can still perform normal functions like email, YouTube, Facebook etc and this system is performing like I need it to. I have read other comments about this system and the speed of the internet being slow. This is performing well on my cable and my suggestion to those complaining to check their isp! If you are on a budget and need to get something for college look into this but do your homework and make sure this fits your needs.

Very helpful for my needs. Light weight and plenty of memory for the work I do.
