I really like the laptop and for the cost it seems to work very well. I did upgrade the OS to Windows 10 Pro because I needed the network support.

Easy to set up. Was giving to my kid as a gift and was able to play games on it. Only negative are that the speakers are weak. Great starter laptop.

I previously had a Lenovo laptop that " died " in less than one year so I bought another because I did like my old one. There is one big problem with the keyboard and I cant imagine why you made this change. The right hand shift key is not it the same place as my last keyboard. You have to reach way over to hit it and most of the time I hit the up and down key instead. This was a real stupid change. I have to take my right hand off the keyboard in order to reach over to the right hand shift key. Hopefully , you will change this in future keyboards.

This is a perfect laptop for basic usage: surfing the net, Microsoft Office functions, and playing basic games. I am very happy for the price!

It has a flimisier feel than my old Thinkpad which lasted 6 years, but if this lasts anywhere close to that it will have been worth the money.

I was searching for a laptop online for 2 days, my friend recommended lenovo. I did one search and all of a sudden a best buy offer comes up for the exact computer I wanted in my Gmail account. At the lowest price anywhere with a credit line. Best buy: give your SEO guy a raise. Love the computer and will be buying more stuff.

This is a basic laptop with enough memory and more than enough hard drive space. My husband needed one for work. He is computer illiterate, but can operate this just fine. It's easy to operate and doesn't come with a lot of bloatware. A few weeks later I bought another for my son who is starting college. Highly recommended.

I needed just a basic laptop to use for school and this Lenovo works well, is fast and gets the job done. Battery life is good so far too.

I bought this laptop when my husband's old one finally died. It's an excellent laptop for the non-techie. It has a nice large bright screen which is easy on the eyes. It's great for what my husband loves to do. Read, watch videos and listen to music and practice chess. The only downside is the noisy keyboard. It clacks a bit.

This laptop brings in a lot of value for less money.. A bit heavy and cheap build, but justifies the price point. Perfect for normal use

Had to buy when my 7 yo laptop crashed. It works great, the 1T harddrive was a big plus as I love photography and have thousands of pictures. Not a gamer, so not sure how well it would work for gamers. Over all, it has everything I need, it's much lighter than my old PC weight wise, has 2 USB2 ports, 1 USB3 port, dvd player.

My only complaint is the size of this laptop. My fault - new to laptops & it is bigger than my backpacks & kind of hard to travel with. A tablet would have been a better choice for me. The Lenovo works great, stores my photos, makes it easy to organize them. I can rad my Emails, surf the Web -- No problems with it at all.
