This is one of the few laptop computers on the market that still comes with a CD/DVD player. However, that being said, the speakers on this model are absolutely terrible! To get any kind of sound I have to use a Bluetooth speaker or head phones.

Posted .With regard to the speaker volume, you might try going in to Properties for sounds/speaker. For Playback, find the Enhancement Tab. Find Equalizer. Change setting to Powerful.

However, it's a tremendous value. It's a quality standard use laptop with pretty good build quality for under $300.00 out the door.

I had purchased this an open box item, and had to return due to an issue charging the battery. It would only charge up to 60% and wouldn't take a full charge. I ended up returning and spending a little more on another brand with a few more features.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
