most of the reviews you get online are mostly "laptop broke down in 2 days/ week. But mine has been performing good. I'm a heavy user 12-16hours daily, I bought it like a month back. Have no complains boots within 15 secs, but sometimes heavy usage or background apps seem to make the audio a bit laggy and makes the audio sound robotic but that too for a second or so

good price and value, I;ve had good luck with previous lenovo laptops.

I purchased this primarily for web browsing and email. It works great for the basic tasks. It comes with Windows 10 installed which I found a good upgrade from the previous version. I found the trackpad to be a little loud and clunky, but I use a USB mouse most of the time so its not an issue.

I was skeptical about purchasing this laptop at first, but it actually turned out to be a really good buy. The set up was easy and it works great. I mostly use it for work and school. I have watched a few videos using this laptop and the resolution was good. I am very pleased with this purchase and I would not hesitate to buy another Lenovo in the future.

Good laptop for price. Sound isn't greatest. Battery could last longer.

We purchased this laptop for our son to use for school. It is able to search the internet quickly, handle documents with ease, execute his math program, and handle games. It may not be able to handle the highest graphics games on the market, but it does quite well. We won't buy anything other than Lenovo! Lenovo has proven their product worthy time and time again.

I purchased this laptop for my parents in March, they just need a laptop with big screen to explore internet, do online chat and store pictures, so I was not looking for as high end laptop. 2 weeks after we got this laptop, it start to get really slow but can be fixed by restarting. One day it just would not start, I brought it to bestbuy and was told the hard drive failed. It has passed bestbuy 30 day warranty however the manager was super helpful and exchanged the laptop for me. 5 starts service bestbuy!! I had to spend about $100 to restore the pictures and documents on the hard drive(a lot of nice picture from vacation and kids) which is about 40% of the laptop cost! I had thought I was just unlucky. 8 months later, this laptop is giving me blue screen of death and can not restore the system. Lenovo would not provide support because it is not in US. I am very disappointed with the quality of lenovo, luckily I did not buy an expensive computer from them and I never will.

I bought this to use for work and it's fast! Great deal. I saw it on sale for even cheaper but was out of town and couldn't price match. Only issue I have is the laptop won't recognize my wireless HP printer in my home

Good speed. There are issues with the sound volume and sound quality.

If you're looking for an inexpensive basic laptop then I recommend Lenovo brand. The only issue is trying to install the included virus protection was quite difficult. Ended up taking it back to Best Buy and found out you have to uninstall mcafee and then install the included virus protection

The laptop works perfectly fine it's great it's affordable very solid construction however the volume is very low when I put it all the way to 100 it's still very low I need to use earbuds in order for me to hear well other than that I don't really care about that the computer performed beautifully images are crystal clear on the screen and easy to wipe off clean

For the price I paid it fit my needs, light computer use for school.

This has just enough speed and memory to get the job done for school.

I purchased the Laptop based primarily on what the sales person recommended, I haven't had a chance to put it to hard use yet, however what I have done it has performed very well and I would recommend it to others.
