This Laptop dropped in price by 80 Dollars a week after I bought it BUT Best Buy price matched and refunded the difference no questions asked. Now about the laptop. It is a functional machine and out of the box will need to run through a bunch of updates and restarts. I suggest that you install all the updates for the computer before you install any other software like Office or Adobe etc. This is a basic laptop and will work just fine for everyday use. Not so much for graphic intensive games or productivity software. The i-3 is just not robust enough to do much more. It has adequate RAM and storage and will serve good as a basic everyday use machine.

So much, for so little in a laptop !

This one came with so many options that most units with the same amount were costing about double the price

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. With regard to the speaker volume, you might try going in to Properties for sounds/speaker. For Playback, find the Enhancement Tab. Find Equalizer. Change setting to Powerful.

The plastic casing has a little more give than what I want it to, and I would have liked to see a backlit keyboard. I was also surprised that the network card on it doesn't seem to be support gigabit ethernet which I found surprising. Other than those things, this computer is just what I was looking for.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. This system should provide good speed with its Core I-3 processor and 6GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
