It is not the model he wanted but it was the only one in stock. It was employee recommended and we were provided detailed info over the phone. Good Choice!

Good value in a laptop

Enough memory and disk space to perform well, and not too expensive. One small thing, the button that opens the disc drive sticks out a little and I occassionally find it opening by accident.

It was very slow with my cell phone hot spot.. But now with home wifi its perfectly fine.

I purchased this one and must say I was satisfied from the beginning. Serves my purpose, and a great price!

The sound with head phones is bad. Very low so if you don't have head phones you can't hear anything. Lightweight. Kinda hard to open, too.

For me it looks very fragil, not very sturdy, but we just need to be careful. We haven't used it for long so lets just hope that we will no have any problem in the future.

The biggest down side is the speaker is under the lap top and it's not loud enough to begin with so you can barely hear it even on max.

Great laptop for the price,it gets the job done. The only downfall is the speakers suck,even at the maximum volume it still isn't loud. Overall product is great!

But, the windows 10 with the bloat ware installed slows it way down. I installed Debian 8 Linux on it and it flies. I Uninstalled McAfee and the windows 10 is tolerable now.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
