I brought this laptop for my son as a birthday gift he loves it didnt want to spend a lot of money this was perfect

I bought this laptop for my wife who has basic computer skills. It allows her to use the internet, check email, and complete other simple tasks quickly and efficiently. It's not a high end model, but serves our purposes.

This laptop was a real value. Everything was easy to set up and the speed was fine for going on the internet etc.

The writing on the openbox products should be bigger especially they are missing accesories like a charger and battery. Because you will get a product like me and not realize to you at home nothing was included.

My work computer would not connect to the WIFI at the hotel, so I dashed over to Best Buy during our break and I bought this computer. Did what I needed it to do in a crunch. Gave it to my grandson when I returned home.

Functions are great. Does all I need for my daily usage. Price was very good. Geek Squad is always a big help.

Seems to be great for my 9 year old. Had an issue with using too much memory after downloading a few games but otherwise its been working well. Its used about 6 hours a day a times and has held up just fine.

Mouse pad can be a little touchy, sometimes altering size without warning. However, this is a good computer for everyday general use. Wouldn't make a great work computer, but for home use is just fine for the money.

The combination of an i3 CPU, 6GB ram and 1TB hard drive make this a good budget laptop while still providing good performance. It ​handles everyday tasks with no problem. So far seems to be a good deal for the price.

It's a great laptop. First one I've ever owned. This laptop does a lot. More than most home computers. It's very easy and fast. Everyone should have one of these, great for at home or on the road, easy to use also.

The motherboard on my ASUS computer died so I had to buy a new computer. Being a senior on a fixed income I was looking for another inexpensive computer. This Lenovo was the cheapest & the salesman said the brand formerly was IBM, so I bought it. Nothing on the old computer was transferred. It has taken me almost a month to get Yahoo back on board. I'm still trying to get my games back online. This experience just goes to prove my theory the technology is 98% ca ca & a great big pile at that.

Very good value, needed a computer for business use and this fit the bill perfectly at a very low price. Sales staff at Cascade Station as always was excellent in understanding my needs and recommended this model.

Fast, durable, and just as good as the higher priced ones. Use it everyday for work when I am not at my desk.

This is the second Levono we have purchased from Best Buy and the service and especially the Geek Squad in the Rosenberg, Texas store has always been very professional and overall fantastic. They know their stuff!

I was in need of a laptop and went as usual to Best Buy. I am not a tech expert - really a neophyte. I was mainly dependent on the store clerk to guide me; I didn't think she gave me much help. When I brought the laptop home and began to use it, I was disappointed mainly with the use of the built-in mover (not the right word). It did not work smoothly and seemed to get stuck at times. My solution is probably to use an external one. The price was quite good, but I probably got what I paid for.
