||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.when shopping, in a rush b/c computer died and flying out in 2 days, the associate compared this to a corolla. since i have always been happy with those products i bought. i am older and not really 'tech' savvy. this computer seems to have a mind of it's own. enlarges, frequently, for no reason, sizes of emails change, have had emails disappear when just scanning by them. have contacted geek squad several times, always solicitous and patient. last tech said some computer browsers are super sensitive. they have tried to adjust, maybe 5th time will do the trick ?

It sounds like you may be making inadvertent contact with the touchpad while you are typing or browsing, this causing the resizing of the images on the screen or even closes the file. If you make the touchpad less sensitive, this issue may go away. You can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

Nice budget laptop

I took and friend an the salesperson was a great help too. I was able to get all my programs from my desktop via cloud and I am all set up I love the ease of a laptop. I am still having a problem with the keyboard The keys are larger and the right shift and delete have new placement. I have been typing for many years and it is just a matter of relearning. I WILL DO IT!

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Great Laptop for daily use
