I like the fact that I can plug in Ethernet when I want and also like the DVD drive as that seems to be something others are taking out. Its not a i7 but as a work machine for when you away or in the living room this works great. HDMI Out is also a great feature when you travel so you can stream in the hotel.

Posted .This system should be a fast system with its Core I-6 processor and 6GB of RAM and it certainly should not be freezing up. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

For some reason it will not allow me into my emails unless they send a code to my cell phone. Cannot get wireless connection to printer altho both computer and printer say all is ok. When I hit print it says printer needs attention. So do I but I don't announce it constantly! This is not an ideal computer for anyone that would use it for work. Only good for basic stuff like emails and games!!

Also talking to the Best sales tech was very helpful for what I needed. I paid a little more but with the package for mouse and anti virus and Office along with help from sales tech I felt it was a good value. I purchased my last computer from Best Buy 7 years ago.
