With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Since then the new hard drive seems to be working. The right shift key would give anyone that does a lot of formal typing problems as it is not located properly. If not careful will keep hitting the pageup key. Would I recommend yes as the price was good/the case doesn't show finger prints and for someone that isn't doing a lots of gaming. Geek Squad at the Richmond, IN store were very helpful.

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

I purchased this with money from an insurance claim on a different computer, so I cannot complain for the money I spent. Also, it is slow, but again, the processor is what I paid for. I'm a student and have used this for homework and surfing the Web with no problems.

Great Price, Great Product

The right shift button is a little small, but in short time you get use to it. Not really a issue at this point. Speed and processing power is more then enough for most task and games that I'm been playing. Even have recommended it to a cousin who is headed off to college.
