With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Was looking for something inexpensive but still had enough power to do the things she needed to do at school. Wasn't disappointed. Was easy to set up plenty of memory and the thing runs and streams great

Posted .With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. Concerning battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

Keyboard Configuration
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the laptop, but not the configuration of the keyboard which has the "Page Up" key where the right shift key should be, so I'm constantly having to realign my cursor when I accidentally hit the "PgUp" key. It's annoying and slows my typing speed. Otherwise it's a good laptop - lots of space and very fast.

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

I have also downloaded editing software for YouTube videos and it never disappoints. The touch screen option makes me love it even more. Buy it if you are thinking about it.

Good low budget computer

Solid everyday use PC

Add another stick of ram, 4GB are soldered onto the board and there is one ram slot for upgrade. Add an 8GB stick and a 256 SSD for a machine that will take anything you throw at it except high ends games.
