After few months my pc wont play videos requires repair.i only watch Netflix on it,very slow..

You hear a lot about the bad side of Samsung, but the refrigerator is great as expected. Taking time to learn where to put things in it There are down side to it, just like all things. Takes a bit to dispense ice in the door, but better than the old trays were

I really wanted to go back to a laptop after owning a tablet. This was recommended by the salesman as being a good computer for my price range. I find the graphics of poor quality, the keys are not that responsive so if I have a lot of work to do my fingers actually get tired of pushing so "hard". It gets bogged down easily and will not open. I have had it in to the Geek Squad-that apparently isn't completely unusual for these. Other times if I just don't use it for a couple of days it will work again. The battery life seems good and I like that it I can use a disc in it, and my flash drives. I am not very tech savvy so I still utilize some of those older features because I am comfortable with them. Perhaps those of you who are good with computers may find these little issues to be insignificant. For me, next time I will just suck it up and pay a little more for a computer more user friendly for seniors.

Got it for just over $400 with security, MS Office, and tax. Basic but great for a basic laptop.

Good, solid Laptop. Very adaquate for a student of someone only interested in basic computing.

I wanted something lite that wasn't a pain on the shoulder while traveling. The screen is a good size for work and watching movies. With a strong signal its holds the connection,, but if not it will drop several times. And if you open a new window, it will make you reboot to get it to run correctly. Overall, its a good laptop for me...A non-techie.

I had a Lenovo laptop at my old job that I enjoyed. Does this laptop work...yes it does what I need it to do. However this laptop feels cheap and I can't get use to the right shift key being half sized. The speaker(s) is weak but the laptop has Bluetooth so I can at least connect to an external speaker. Battery life is normal for a budget laptop.

Basic computer for homework and basic stuff. Very slow start that the only thing I don't like.

Very impressed by its exterior sleek finish and its a definite work-horse lap top for any age.

It's a good basic computer. I bought it for the 6gb of ram. It moves pretty fast when it works. It tends to freeze up sometimes but I don't know if it's my internet connection or the computer itself. I only use to web browse and pay bills, so it good for me.

Good laptop for schoolwork, didn't need much for a video processor but this gets the job done.

I wanted a laptop to use because I am going back to school. It isn't used for playing games or listening to music or even surfing the internet. It is used strictly for online college classes and it is perfect! This was the best purchase I have made in years!
